What animals do you treat at VET-F Clinic?

How long does an examination take?

The duration depends on the case, but a standard examination usually lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, and in more complex cases it may take longer.

Can I vaccinate or deworm the animal without an examination?

In most cases, we recommend a preliminary clinical examination to assess the patient’s general condition before vaccination or deworming.

Do you only work by appointment?

Yes, we primarily operate by appointment to ensure a calm experience and dedicate sufficient time to each patient. We appreciate all pet owners who help us maintain this organization.

Do you issue documents for each patient?

Yes, a digital electronic patient profile is maintained at each visit, and the relevant veterinary documents are issued if necessary.

How can I pay the bill for an examination or treatment?

You can pay in one of the following ways: by bank card and in cash on site at the clinic or by a bank transfer.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Yes, we have parking spaces directly in front of the entrance to the clinic, which are available to our clients free of charge.

Is there convenient public transport to the clinic?

Yes, the clinic is conveniently accessible by public transport with bus lines No. 69 and No. 314, which stop nearby.

Do you provide emergency care?

Yes. Emergencies are reviewed with priority and are often accepted without an appointment.

Will I receive information about a hospitalized patient?

Yes. Every hospitalized patient is carefully examined before lunch by a veterinarian, and owners receive up-to-date information about theirs pet condition daily.

Can I visit my pet during hospitalization?

Yes, visits are possible, and we recommend making an appointment in advance so that we can ensure a calm environment and our fully attention to you.

An exception is made for patients in the infectious disease ward, where visits are not allowed in order to prevent the spread of diseases.
