Hospitalization Necessary
Hospitalization treatment for dogs and cats is used when the patient requires constant medical supervision and therapy that cannot be provided at home.
This includes cases where the animal is not feeding itself, is dehydrated, needs intravenous therapy, is in a more severe or critical condition, requires frequent monitoring and interventions. In these situations, hospitalization allows for more effective treatment and better control of the condition.
Inpatient Facility
The clinic has a specialized inpatient facility with an area of about 100 m², divided into separate zones:
- dog inpatient area;
- cat inpatient area;
- infectious disease isolation area.
All areas are equipped with active ventilation systems designed to reduce the spread of viruses and bacteria and provide a safe environment for our patients.
Hospitalization Care Include
Each hospitalized patient at VET-F Clinic receives constant medical monitoring and an individual treatment plan during the day shift.
Key elements of care:
- twice daily examinations (morning and evening);
- daily monitoring of vital signs;
- keeping an individual patient record;
- regular information to owners;
- transparent and clear communication;
- possibility of visiting by appointment.
The goal is to continuously monitor the patient and adapt therapy according to their condition.
To ensure better patient management, we provide different levels of inpatient care.
The infectious disease isolation unit is a separate facility of approximately 25 m², located in a dedicated wing of the clinic, away from other patients. Its purpose is to ensure complete isolation and safety for all animals in the clinic.
Every patient without a proven vaccination status is required to be tested for infectious diseases before being admitted to the clinic’s facility.

- feline panleukopenia;
- coronavirus infection in young dogs and cats;
- giardiasis in dogs and cats;
- feline calicivirus infection;
- canine distemper;
- feline respiratory mycoplasmosis.
Inpatient care is key for patients who need intensive treatment and monitoring. At VET-F Clinic, we provide a safe environment, constant control and an individual approach to each patient.
